Year 6 visit Hunstanton

Year 6 travel to Hunstanton
To coincide with their current topic 'coasts', Year 6 traveled to Hunstanton in Norfolk. There were sunny intervals and strong winds but luckily, no rain! The children were able to draw Van Gogh-style line drawings of areas of the beach; compare Hunstanton facilities with those in Ely; create some fantastic artwork using materials found on the beach; have fish and chips if they wanted to; and have some quality time with each other whilst sightseeing. Have a browse in the gallery below to see some of what the children got up to!
Thank you to all the adults who came along on the trip. You were all a huge help and the day was as successful as it was because of your help.
